Harbour Lights Theatre is so excited to be welcoming you to our inaugural full-length summer show! Before you come to see the star-studded cast of Dear Evan Hansen at the Carr Amphitheater at the South Shore Conservatory’s Hingham location, there are a few things you should know.
We ask that you park at Carlson Field (19 Fort Hill Street, Hingham). We have a complimentary trolley, courtesy of A Moment in Time Travel and Colonial Trolley, to transport you to and from the theater. We’re sure you’ll enjoy this experience as guests are serenaded by a live performer aboard the trolley during this quick, 5-minute ride.
Parking at the theater facility is limited and reserved only for those with handicap placards and others with mobility issues. If you believe you require this, please reach out to us ASAP.
Trolleys will run approximately every 15 minutes, starting about 1 hour before the show. The performance will begin promptly at the scheduled time. We welcome you to arrive early to enjoy our preshow offerings; more info below!
All tickets (both seats and lawn) will be scanned at the venue. Upon arrival, please follow signs to check-in before finding your seat.
If you have a ticket for lawn seating, please feel free to bring your own lawn chairs, blankets, etc., to make you comfortable during the show. Coolers with snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are fine, but please be aware that no outside alcohol is permitted. You will be able to bring all items on the trolley to and from the venue. We will also have a limited number of chairs available to rent if needed.
Harbour Lights Theatre will have a bar offering alcoholic beverages and water for purchase. J’s Ice Cream Truck will also be on site to offer delicious cold treats to help beat the heat!
Harbour Lights Theatre is pleased to be offering merchandise for purchase, including hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and signed memorabilia. All proceeds will go to producing our next show!
Take the Commuter Rail to West Hingham Station. From there, the Carr Amphitheater (1 Conservatory Drive, Hingham, MA) is approximately a 4-minute drive or a 15 minute walk.
For guests arriving by train, we're happy to offer a complimentary trolley pickup. Simply email harbourlightstheatre@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance with the subject line TRAIN PICKUP, and we'll arrange transportation to the theater.
After the performance, Commuter Rail service is often available for the return trip. Rideshare services such as Uber are also readily available.
